Croatia Online’s 100,000th Hit – Missed!
I can’t believe it! There was a time, in the early days of blogging, when every 10th hit was a milestone to be celebrated, then every hundredth and then every thousandth. I was looking forward to a big celebration on the 100,000th hit and it passed me by somewhere between the 1st and 8th of November 2010. Very disappointing. We’ll be working on a way to celebrate properly but in the meantime, here are some links to early milestones:

Dear Jane, I'm from Australia and have stumbled upon your fantastic blog by accident but am delighted to have done so. I was wondering if you might be able to either offer some advice or direct me to where I might find it. My father has a property in Zagreb that he wants to sell. Does Croatian law allow for euros (in the order of 150,000 euro) to be sent to another country (eg. Australia?) Rgds Sim

Thaks for the comment. When I last looked at this you had to get permission for amounts over about £15,000 to leave Croatia but that was a while ago. Suggest you contact the Australian Embassy in Croatia for the latest news.
